Return Policy
World Cup Jersey & Customized Item Notice
Limited edition items, authentic jerseys, World Cup jerseys, and products designated as final sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.
Personalized or customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items with player name, custom name, number, team logo, or any other customization.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the accuracy of National Team squad numbers on player jerseys. Due to the shifting nature of National Team squads, some players may wear different numbers from international window to international window, or from major tournament to major tournament. Squad numbers are often released or confirmed shortly before a major tournament such as the FIFA World Cup™ begins.
By purchasing a National Team jersey with a player name and number, you understand that player names and numbers are subject to change, and refunds are not available for number changes after purchase.

Return & Exchange Conditions
All return items must include original packaging, tags, and must be in brand new condition.
All returns must include a return form, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
Returns must be made within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date.
Items that have been used, altered, washed, damaged, or are missing original tags or packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Personalized or customized items.
Items marked as final sale.
Limited edition items, authentic jerseys, and World Cup jerseys, unless there is a quality issue.
Gift cards and vouchers.

General Return Process
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request and receive a return form.
To process your return, you will need to have the email address associated with the order and the order ID number.
Fill out the return form and include it with your return package.
Pack the item securely, including any accessories, tags, and original packaging.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Return Charge
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns or exchanges, unless the item received was damaged or defective.
We will deduct $8.95 from your merchandise credit for either return option.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within fourteen (14) business days. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Order Cancellations
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been made. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please initiate a return once you receive the item.
Please take note that club-required uniform kit items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned after an order has been placed.

Product Damage
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide a return label and instructions on how to return the item if the issue is approved after review.
