Most orders received before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped within 5 working days! Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.

2. Shipping Options and Charges

We offer various shipping options for your convenience, including standard, expedited, and international shipping. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping option selected and the destination address. Shipping charges will be shown on your order form before you submit your order.

3. Order Tracking

7. Title and Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

• All return items must include original packaging, tags, and must be in brand new condition.
• All returns must include a return form, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
• Returns must be made within fifteen (15) days of delivery date.
• Items that have been used, altered, washed or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 Non-returnable items:

• The following items are non-returnable:
• Personalized or customized items.
• Items marked as final sale.
• Gift cards and vouchers.
• General Return Process:

 Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request and receive a return form.

• Fill out the return form and include it with your return package.
• Pack the item securely, and include any accessories, tags, and original packaging.
• Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

 Return Charge: 

• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns or exchanges, unless the item received was damaged or defective.

 Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within fourteen (14) business days. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Order Cancellations:

• We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please initiate a return once you receive the item.

Product Damage:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide a return label and instructions on how to return the item.
